“Killer guys at this shop!! Came up from Kansas City on a Facebook marketplace venture and thought we would hit some slopes while we were here, we were about to stop at a mountain that would have brought us disappointment. These guys told us to go elsewhere only 30 more min away and they really hit the mark. “Just got back from my yearly visit to the Ballpark. More than satisfied with my visit. Cal greeted me as I entered with a huge grin and a handshake. I told him I was looking for a specific card I hadn’t been able to find ( in NM condition) and did he think he had it. I searched through a box of cards as he went to look for my reason for shopping. Within a few minutes he returned with the card. I have attended many card shows over the years and no one else had this card. I gave him a few more cards that I was looking for and it turns out he had them too. A visit with Cal is like a trip to the past where you get to have a conversation with the store owner, not only about cards, but also nearly any topic you want to discuss. Makes me wish I could spend days searching his inventory rather than just a couple of hours.”

“Fantastic experience at this Burnsville location of PIAS. I came initially to return a helmet that was slightly too big for my son, and I left with my two happy children and two high quality used kids soccer cleats. Paige, the one who helped us, was attentive, a phenomenal listener, and patient. She sized my childrens' feet and even gave warranted tips. I praise God for employees who take the time and bring an air of joy when helping, especially with children - and Paige did just that!”
