I was visiting in Oshkosh and I have missed my dog so much over the last eight months that it’s hard to explain.
The people are kind, but they’re also very protective of the animals. They put the animals well-being and needs first.
There is a waiting process as they review the application and I didn’t have the ability to wait a few days that it would’ve taken to adopt there, but I am so grateful to see that they care so much about the animals.
They are the litmus for how it should be done.
