“Just needed to get gas so I didn't venture inside. The pumps were clean and well labeled. No issue with cc or prepay. Trash was empty and areas were clean. Absolutely loved the window washer stick-was not worn down and extra long handle!!! Next time I'll go in and check it out!”
“I have shipped a lot of packages with them. They're always helpful, always friendly, never impatient, and prompt too. I feel like my packages are going to arrive when I work with them, and that's huge.”
“Great place to mail packages, print labels, get something packaged up. Can ship all carriers including ups, usps and FedEx and prices. Helpful and delightful owner.”
“I've been going to this UPS store in Forest Lake for about 3 years now, and have only had one bad encounter. Every other time (likely 80+ visits) they've been friendly and fast. Love my local UPS store!”
“Pick up and drop off are really easy as long as your package is packed and labeled. In case you're wondering, ground pickup is at 10:00 a.m. everyday and Express pickup is at 5:15 pm. They do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.”
“The photos displaying the inside of the Willernie post office are not correct. There are no lockers for packages, no selfserve kiosk, and its not nearly as big as the pics make it look. The outside photos are right though.”
“We have been working with Shane High at Acorn for about 6mos. Shane has been very professional and has handled all of our needs with client. Rates are great and they always pay on time! If you have the chance to work Shane I would jump on it.

“I do a lot of shipping of musical gear, and this is by far the best of all the UPS stores in my area! Very friendly and accommodating staff, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied!”
“Christmas eve- Nobody home but the self-serve kiosk was working! Yay! I Self printed a lable My package was too big for the drop bin so I had to drive over to the closest USPS Annex about a mile away. They took it no problem!! Thanks USPS! SAVED CHRISTMAS!”
“I went in twice this week. The lady working was very helpful and nice. She made everyone laugh and kept things light even tho she had trouble with the label printer and we were all so hot in there. It really needs AC!!”

“I’ve dealt with this store on two separate occasions since moving to Centerville, and they have went out of their way to help me each time. People are hard on postal services (everyone needs everything yesterday), I couldn’t be happier with my local branch.”
