“There was an error someplace about what day and time I was to be there. I went on Thursday and the lady at the desk said I was supposed to be there on Wednesday. I showed her the text affirming it was to be today. Then Kristen said I was scheduled for Tuesday. I know the person who scheduled over the phone had many difficulties. I hear it is a new system. But they got me in!”

“My husband and I came to the store with my sister-in-law to find a new walker. Her old one had to be repaired for the 3rd time, and we decided it was time for a better quality walker for her. The store was nice, with many products available. We browsed a good selection of walkers and my SIL tried out a few. Shout out to Jaianna whose customer service and patience was very helpful. My sister-in-law finally has a walker she thinks is “a dandy” 😊 with Jaianna’s help. Thank you!”
“I have been wearing them to bed for at least a few times and they have proven to be the best I have ever worn. I believe these must be the ones my local hospital supplies because they kept telling me I can keep wearing them after I went in them. I thought they were nuts, but they were right! I still prefer not to wear them after I have went in them, but it's great to know my bed will not get wet and neither will my floors!!! Now I can put throw rugs back in my bathroom! Thank you!!!”

“I ordered the Legacy 500 Intersegmental Traction Table for my home. I have used this table at my chiropractor before and really liked the way it loosened my back muscles. I researched the table online and Doug at Chiropractic Outfitters was the best delivered price and he had very good online ratings. I reached out to Doug with a couple questions and he responded quickly. The table shipped on schedule and was delivered to my home. “I cannot praise your drivers enough they are personable , caring , and very patient . I did how ever have a very unpleasant experience with one of your operators , I felt as though she didn’t have time to listen to my order , resulting in the wrong size tanks being delivered . Also when I tried to order hosing and supplies she did not wait for me to say what was needed , her response was “ I’ll get it ordered right away” and then hung up without knowing what I wanted or needed .”
