“So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”

He walked through everything and 'fixed' issues with my account that was set up with the Roseville store w/ manager Amber whom was a mess to work with. Even though still a bit miffed, Bryan explained everything and was so patient and efficient. Hard to believe the astronimical prices on these phones and carrier charges its unreal. “This review is way overdue. Life happens. I visited the Cricket Wireless store in Blaine, Minnesota. I have been a long-time customer. I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.”

“Lamar's the man. Stuck it out with me for 2 hours while we went through the process of switching carriers to Cricket. I had a lot of questions comparing possible phones to get and he helped me answer every single one of them. If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier. To top it off, he stayed past close with me to finish the transaction. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Give my man a raise ?”

“Kevin is awesome. My wife and I stopped into the store today as we had alot of questions s with no answers after swapping over to at&t at a target the rep from target left out alot of details and options that would of been available to us from the get go but I've learned they don't give you all the Info nor the actual pricing as it wasn't a simple $160. Definitely would recommend the store and Kevin is awesome taking the time to explain our options and such. Even added our youngest son to the plan which we weren't goi g to originally but with the honesty and time given we didn't see why to wait”
