“My husband and I LOVE this place!!. It's members only the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. We went there for a couple of drinks and just sat and talked. It was the perfect way to end our evening. They do offer food but I'm not sure what they have to offer seeing as we only went for drinks. The place is a little bit off the main road so you might have to Google it. Their prices are very reasonable and the parking was easy. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a veteran of a or a child or spouse of a veteran who was in a foreign war.”

“One of my favorite parks in the area. There's a beautiful bridge that walks out onto an Island tha has 2 small peninsulas. There's a few short walking trails and some art installations along the way. There is also a small beach at the neighboring park. Not sure if the water would be great to swim in though.”

“Really great play out now. Grab a friend and go see it! Log Kya Kahenge is a look into the pressures of being the best and "What will people think?" if you aren't.”

“Very nice stadium. Love the staff but dang Minnesota fans are babies. Want to talk trash but can't handle the trash talking back. Love seeing fans literally crying when they found out we started only 2nd and 3rd string players and Minnesota couldn't stop Houston or even get down the field and score until Houston put in the 4th stringers that won't make the team. Lol, Minnesota won't see a championship for a very long time.”

“When I was wondering around The Machine Shop, there was a soft glowing reflective goo near the back sort of by the bathrooms. It was making a sort of humming noise and I couldn’t help but feel drawn to it. The closer I got I realized it was a portal and I have always wanted to see one in real life. I went through it and ended up on this new planet, there was nothing but snow and ice. Luckily the portal went two ways other wise we would have been stuck forever. Keep an eye out for it, I guess people say it’s not open often and when it is open it’s not open very long at all.”

“We had the Mediterranean platter, and it was absolutely amazing, fresh and flavorful. Our server Melissa clearly took pride in making sure our meal was perfect, and her friendly, upbeat attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. She made excellent recommendations and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive”

“I really liked Emery. Spy house cafe located in the same area. If you're looking to dress up for a nice evening gathering, good food and cocktails this is a great go-to or even just for coffee. Loved the architectural design.
Parking might be a bit tricky since it's located right in the heart of Minneapolis.”

“Where do we begin...FIVE Event Center is the perfect place for your BIG day. Not only is the venue gorgeous and reasonable for cost, but your day of coordinators are the best! Victoria, Robyn, and other FIVE Event staff members make dreams come true! They are so attentive and really are there for you. We feel like we have made life long friends with their staff.

Be sure to check out their preferred vendors. Everyone we worked with from this list was WONDERFUL! We decided on Green Mill Catering, HoneyBlue Media, and Unparalleled Valet Parking. They were all so easy to work with and are familiar with the venue.”

“Nice relatively intimate venue. There are reserved booths on the main floor, and seated balcony on the upstairs. The balcony spots are not the best so it might not always be worth it to pay the extra money.

There's an extra bar upstairs as well as the bathrooms. The bathrooms are really nice and well-maintained.

Parking can be tricky but the 4th St ramp is pretty good and not too far, like 3 blocks.

Staff was friendly and I would come back.”

“Love BNW! Such an amazing cast. Lauren, Taj, Denzel, Isabella and Doug are terrific (as are other cast members they bring in).

Always a total riot! Tell your friends!”

“Some wonderful friends who are members of TPC Twin Cities invited us to enjoy dinner there with them. It was a privilege to visit this top-notch private golf club in person.

It is close to their home near this Blaine, MN Deacon's Walk subdivision. They talk a lot of how they enjoy their membership and taking meals here. It was delightful to sit out on the back deck and overlook the beautiful grounds. I was impressed with the staff. Each server and our waitress were remarkable friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s a welcoming family atmosphere, as we saw several young gentlemen in their sports uniforms accompanied by adults.

Beverages and food were served timely and I think the prices are very fair. For appetizers, the beef bites with horseradish sauce and toasted bread with mozzarella cheese with vegies and pine nuts were our favorites. I had the Parmesan Crusted Walley with creamed spinach and a side of asparagus. It presented beautifully and tasted even better. My friend usually orders the Cod and our other companion like the salmon with mashed potatoes.

The Mojito has lots of lime and mint flavors coming through perfectly.
It was fun to see setup for the Champions Tour's 3M Championship in progress, and the men were impressed with their tour of the guy’s fancy locker facilities. The Club House, entrance/grounds, locker rooms and Course all appear to be immaculately maintained.

Parking was no problem. It is very pleasant with the big boulders edging the back patio and a beautiful blend of yellow and red perennials introducing the front entrance.

Highly recommended!”

“It's very clean, however on the lower levels (below the Jamba juice, on the floor with the Starbucks and bookstore) there could be a better directory, especially regarding where exits are and where they lead. I know this is also not particularly the building/campuses fault, but everything closes exceptionally early. More often than not, after my classes that end at 3-4, everything including food and supplies store are completely closed or out of everything. Other than that, it is very nice and there is plenty of seating”

“The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. For a bowling alley and arcade, it wasn't insanely loud and you could still have a conversation. The food was awful.”

“This place was awesome! There was PLENTY to do. Multiple food trucks, rides for the kids, rides for everyone, plenty of vendors to buy stuff, a fire pit to warm up, etc. It was really nice and I wish my city had a fair like this one.”

“First thing you notice is the smell, they definitely do some serious bbq here! they have a decent size bar, with exceptionally kind staff, I got the 3 meat with th 2 sides, chicken was decent, brisket was good but those ribs is where they shined! Mac and cheese was hot and definitely wasnt no velveeta, corn bread was lathered in butter and too hot to eat, fantastic meal with even more fantastic people.”

“Old seed warehouse, multiple stories, filled with artist studios and quaint shops. The NKB is worth wandering anytime of the year, is a zoo during Art-a-whirl, yet may require personal appointments to gain access to the more interesting or arcane bits. Watch for first Thursdays and open studios throughout the year. Also insinuate yourself into this community and gain access to a great social and artistic activities and events.”

“Great venue for live events! The people at the gate last night were very patient and kind when I had a hard time accessing my ticket and helped me figure it out.”

“Location was great. Downtown was about 20-25 minutes away, there were a ton of shopping outlets and restaurants about 10 minutes west of the hotel.

The first room I was given was dirty, I talked to the front desk and they were able to get me moved over to a clean room. My room was cleaned daily”

“Great cost location and vibe. Room was cozy for my sister and I to share a king. We walked to lots of our activities and had my nephew 23 yrs. Old visit us and play in game room. We'll be back!”

“Stayed for 4 nights, was able to check in a few hours early. Room was clean and well stocked. I was very happy to see normal size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even body lotion instead of the usual travel size. Bathroom even had makeup remover wipes. Housekeeping was great and efficient. Breakfast was good, plenty of options each day. The pool was nice but definitely not as heated as I would have liked, it was barely luke warm. Hotel was located in a nice area, right next to the highway. The elevator was a little finicky which I didn't like but other than that, our stay was great.”

“I love the Legion for take out. The specials are a pleasure. The food is 90% great. The burgers are divine and huge. The buns they use on the burgers are great. The size of the hot beef/.turkey is crazy big. Flatbread pizzas are great. The 2 ladies who work are fabulous. I believe one just recently left. The only reason for the 4 star was 4 things. The fries always change(these last ones were gross),they rarely put my pickles in the box and once I had spoiled black olives on my taco salad. I used to eat the Thursday tacos too but last time we could not eat and had to throw away the meat was soooo salty. I stayed away for a few months.”

“My wife and I just had our wedding reception here and Perfect is the only word that kept coming to mind when I started trying to sum up my experience. However everything was too good to accurately describe with the word perfect. Setting up our event was totally stress free. The staff was so professional and helpful and kind. I could keep going but I want to get to the food before you get bored and stop reading. It was roll your eyes back into your head delicious. And we kept our menu simple. Every expectation I had was exceeded by orders of magnitude and I had high expectations. Do your event here. You will not regret it.”

“Having our wedding ceremony at Windows on Marquette was a breathtaking experience. Unfortunately for us it was cloudy on the day, but before the clouds rolled in all of our guests still got a chance to view the beautiful Twin Cities landscape from the 50th floor.

We worked with Kailey as our event coordinator and she was so kind and easy to work with. We ended up getting a hotel block at the Marquette as well, and everyone we worked with and interacted with at the hotel was so nice and helpful for us.

I would absolutely recommend Windows as a venue, and the Marquette as a hotel. Great service, wonderful to work with, and beautiful views!”

“More than a bar... A place of honor for thoes who have served and those who have benefited from the sacrifice of others to join in neighborly cheer. A place to remember and to look forward.”

“How do you review something so timeless. As a little one I came here frequently with my family and I would get so excited I would make myself sick! (Or so they say, I probably have issues with crowds or something). Anyway, I started volunteering in the vet med area in 2023 and I am so glad to be back - I actually kind of preferred walking around by myself! I am glad they've been getting more vegan options. I was there in 2019 to see Brandi Carlile and that was my first time Grand Standing it. Always so much to do and so little time!”

“Time really does fly. I remember I was a senior in HS attending the MN Cars & Coffee in Canterbury Park in Shakopee! But the last time I attended the event was when it was in southdale mall. I’m looking forward to attending MN Cars & Coffee again this year 2024! Please update the website with new schedules if possible, thanks!”
