Northrup King Building is a historic art space home to over 400 artists across more than 200 studios. It offers a vibrant and varied art scene, featuring paintings, photos, woodworking, and metal works. The building hosts events like the biannual art crawl and 3rd Thursdays, when many studios are open to visitors. Since artists and galleries set their own hours, visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and contact artists directly for appointments. Amazing place that houses about 300 artists' studios. 1st Thursday night of each month and every Saturday they open up for visitors. also they put on huge shows with the surrounding buildings in fall and spring. All free and amazing to see!

Visited Oya Arts with a group of teenagers. Very friendly. Lots of fun. It was a delight visiting with Karen while the kids painted. Thanks so much.

Building full of modern apartments and offices in conversion. Got a lot of good ideas with amenities and spaces , needs a bit better execution. Lots of cool character but some things seem a bit “ landlord special” esque. A great property, but needs work which they are continuing with.
