“I don't know a lot about this place as a financial institution, but everyone who works here is super nice and seems competent. I was dealing with them after my mother passed away, and they were so kind and able to help me do all the things that were needed.”

“Great Service and Staff is very patient under sometimes extreme circumstances (Not so friendly Clients). Very busy location with lots of multi tasking. They seem to be able to make good things happen. Only Suggestion is that they have Ice Cream available when they get really busy.”
“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It would be 5 Stars, but the parking area is pretty awful; pretty small oval lot, shared with a large apartment complex, & lots of blindspots to maneuver.”
“I've been with this back for years and I appreciate the outstanding level of customer service they provide. I was helped today by a woman named Barb at the Winnetka Ave location and she went above and beyond to help me out! Would recommend this bank to anyone who appreciates a kinder and more personal experience by the people who assist in handling your money.”

“I have a business account and so I'm in the Golden Valley branch a couple times a week. They are always very professional and accommodating to my needs. I was in yesterday and needed to work with a banker on a couple of debit card changes and was helped by Allen Steinhauer. He not only helped me with what I originally came in for he also looked at my personal and business accounts and showed me how I could save money by changing how I handled my banking. Very good service!”
