As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome, I showed him the damage, and he was confident he could fix it. “The bumper on my vehicle was slightly knocked off from a hit and run and Brian was generous enough to take the time to remove the bumper and clip it back on. He did this free of charge when I stopped into the shop and it took about 15 minutes. I am so grateful because another quote I got would have been at least $1,000 to fix the bumper, but the damage didn't seem significant enough for it to be completely replaced. I highly recommend this repair shop!”

“I scratched my car in my parking garage (2nd time in the same spot) and brought my car to Caliber Collision for an estimate on getting it repaired (this time out-of-pocket). Mustafa was amazing. He recommended I buy a touch up pen and offered to do a touch up job free of charge and just bring my car back to Caliber Collision anytime. Great customer service. The entire team is very cohesive. I observed another customer come in requesting extra work get done on his car and they validated his concern, got the manager involved, and planned to fix his car free of charge. Definitely would recommend them and I’d definitely go back if I needed any autobody work done in the future.”
“Adam and team went above and beyond repairing my vehicle! I had taken my car to Gerber Golden Valley about two weeks ago to do an out of pocket repair on a small plastic trim piece on the interior of my car, something that just needed to be removed and replaced.
Unfortunately, after going to get the vehicle there had been noticeable damage down to the primer on the interior paint. There were dents as well done by tools on the top of the door frame. I gave them two attempts to repair the car, however the paint job was botched and uneven. Eventually I picked the car up and was at a loss.
I contacted the Gerber corporate team and spoke with a few people who put me in touch with Adam. I wanted someone who would take my car and make it look 100% how I brought it originally and treat it like their own car. Adam is the type of guy you need in a significantly higher position than where he currently is, he's severely under utilized and his level of customer service warrants a title and pay raise. He totally 180'd the previous experience I had and restored faith in this company.
He arranged a loaner and paid the daily cost for me right away. We had a slight issue where enterprise had not heard from them to cover an additional day, however I called the front desk and within one minute she had resolved this. Additionally, Adam replaced components that were damaged from buffing and even took out scratches on the vehicle the other location did not even do out of his generosity. The detailer mentioned they spent several hours cleaning the vehicle, which is a huge kudos to them as well. The entire team was fantastic. Adam communicated with me every step of the way, even bringing his team in on the weekend to make this right.
I hope corporate, and all future customers, see this review and know they can put 150% confidence in Adam and his entire team. Everyone here should be recognized for their phenomenal customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness. I know this was frustrating to many of them for the late hours and long weekends, but please know I will value it more than you can realize.

“I'd like to give LaMettry's 5 stars for effort alone, but I can't. Having my car in for a repair after an accident in which the other driver drove into the side of my car, LaMettry's took exactly 6 months to the day to get my car repaired. My car is German, and shipping delays accounted for a month's wait time. It took another month to complete the repairs and repaint the side of the car. So why 6 months and not 2 months? LaMettry's kept getting things wrong. Repeatedly. To their credit they always wanted to make it right. The car needed to be repainted three times. Panels or doors kept not being aligned properly. A lot of details kept being missed, or they'd fix one and then create another, or forget about one more thing. I believe I had the car back in to their shop at least six more times over those additional 4 months, and it was only completed on the 6 month anniversary of when I originally dropped the car off because I contacted the general manager and told him it was the 6 month anniversary since I'd dropped the car off. He had me bring the car in that day for the last item to fix, something I'd been waiting on for a month, despite his weekly updates on why it couldn't be done during that month.
LaMettry's was my only real choice for where to get my car repaired, since they're the only shop in town certified to work on my brand of car, and since the repair was serious, involving body/frame damage, and the car was relatively new (under 10K miles), I wanted the repairs to be as close as possible to how it was out of the factory, which is what those certifications are for.
So I'll rank LaMettry's like this (out of 5 stars):
