“Cameron assisted in the check-in process as soon as I drove my car into the service area. I didn’t have to wait for someone to meet with me. He was thorough in looking at my service record to determine what exactly needed to be done. I appreciated that he could quote me the cost of the work that was needed before having me sign off on it. He was polite and friendly and easy to work with. I believe he’s a great asset for Rudy Luther.
I also asked George, the gentleman who sold me my RAV4, if he could find out who I can talk to about getting a duplicate lien waiver for my previous Toyota which I sold to my son. So, even though this really didn’t have anything to do with the car he sold me, he did some asking around and got me a phone number of who I can call to request that waiver. I’m very grateful for his help with that as I had no idea where to even start.”
“I bought my 2023 Buick Enclave here in 2024. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend buying your next car from Import Auto Sales! I’ve had zero mechanical issues with this salvaged vehicle. For full transparency, my vehicle had originally been marked as salvaged due to cosmetic damage (hail damage), and no mechanical issues were originally reported.
I’m back here now just inquiring about 3 separate minor cosmetic issues, one happening after I bought the vehicle, and two that were present when I bought the vehicle. The sales representative has been super friendly and responsive!
The only two caveats I would mention: make sure your current auto insurance carrier covers salvage titles. I have Progessive, and they covered it with zero questions asked. The other caveat to consider is whether or not you’re going to keep the vehicle long term or try to resell or trade it in later. You’re not going to get very much either way for a vehicle holding a salvaged or previously salvaged title.”
