Well, “This isn’t your 90s IGA.” Those used to be in small towns in the Midwest, and were more like a convenience store with “mystery meat” that had no expiration dates.
Gene did himself proud, could be that the whole town is going yuppie, but this store is fantastic, service is great, even a very nice deli.
If only they were open Sundays because tourism business is big in a tourist town on Sunday.
Then again, maybe Gene and his staff like to go to church and/or fishing!”

“This is a great place to come to try a wide variety of great products. A lot of healthy alternatives too! The fruit n veg was fresh and good quality. The prices are higher tho. The staff were all super lovely and friendly.
There is seating beyond the checkout and a microwave too, so if you buy something to eat straight away, there is space!
I loved wandering up and down the aisles to see everything. I was especially fond of the little bakery section and also the nuts etc wall.
Handy to have a toilet and free wifi here too.
Would come again for sure!”
