“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”
“Looks like SW really ironed out a lot of the issues in the past negative reviews; they now use an appointment site so you don't have to wait for an available employee. Which seems to have been one of the main weak areas previously. Ordered a firearm online and it was ready for pick up after ~5hrs. A bit slower than my local-gun store, who can do it in ~30min, but SW's background check process is much quicker though and understandably they have a much larger store. Employees were helpful and friendly. Very seamless process, will be shopping here again in the future!”
