“I wanted to treat my nephew to some nice cleats as hey congrats for making a competitive club soccer team. I figured Planet Soccer would be super knowledgeable and couldn't be happier with the decision to go there. I know both my nephew and I learned a lot about soccer cleats and the customer service was exemplary. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner of the place Sia and he was a great guy. I have no idea how competitive their pricing is but I always try to support local businesses when I can and this was another great experience in doing so.If you're looking for a great selection and phenomenal customer service when it comes to anything soccer related, I would highly recommend going to this store!”

“One of my best retail experiences ever! Shannon was fantastic, accommodating, and informative. Brought a small order in at 2pm, told Shannon what I'd like, on a short notice, and She had it ready to go the next day. Amazing! Thank you Shannon!Dealt with letterman sports (never again) and always got "blah blah, we can't do that, you have to do this, mngr blaming his staff, " cuz they're high school kids" right in front of 4 of them last time I was there.”

“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”

“Looks like SW really ironed out a lot of the issues in the past negative reviews; they now use an appointment site so you don't have to wait for an available employee. Which seems to have been one of the main weak areas previously. Ordered a firearm online and it was ready for pick up after ~5hrs. A bit slower than my local-gun store, who can do it in ~30min, but SW's background check process is much quicker though and understandably they have a much larger store. Employees were helpful and friendly. Very seamless process, will be shopping here again in the future!”
