“had a great experience at the store. The sales person was very knowledgeable and brought out fantastic choices that totally fit my needs. She spent about an hour with me while i tried on different shoes. I'm not a runner, but I needed shoes for walking after recovering from a broken ankle and I'm really happy with the pair I chose. The two staff members that were there were very friendly and helpful, and the store has a good vibe. i did use the measurement scan which was very cool. for a small local shop they had lot's of services and choices. I will definitely go back there next time I need a pair of shoes!”

“I sent my trolling motor pedal to get fixed. I called before sending and had a great interaction and communication (very friendly and knowledgeable). I sent my pedal in they received it on a Monday, he called me on Monday with the problem and cost (very reasonable) and I had it back in my hands on Wednesday. I hope I wont have any more trolling motor issues, but if I do, I will be contacting Motor Clinic for assistance.”

“It's rare for a place to get 5 stars with a lot of ratings but I get why this one does.I went in wanting something specific and was not told what I wanted to hear (A quick fix) which shows that the first priority wasn't a sale, but to keep me running long term.Since I wasn't handed exactly what I wanted I had a lot of questions to understand what/why it wouldn't work. I work with the public and I would have annoyed myself, but they answered all of them.I will go back to them for my next pair of shoes or coaching if they do that.”

“I have been ordering cycling jerseys, bibs, socks, and various accoutrements for years from Twin Six and have always loved what I got. Recently, they went above and beyond in customer service and I wanted to share. I'm a big fan of the T-shirt of the Month (TOTM), and ordered two of the January 2024 version for my husband and me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the new printer, and TS didn't get complete stock to fulfill their orders, including one of my shirts. Not only did TS offer me a refund and/or a replacement, but they also offered me an additional "gift" T-shirt for the inconvenience! That was pretty darn awesome, and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Ginny, and to Twin Six in general for the excellent customer service.”

“AMAZING selection of Disc's!! If I said they have over 10,000+ disc's to choose from, I'm certainly not underestimating!! They also have bags, carts, towels, hats, shirts, etc.... I've been purchasing discs here for years!! Absolutely the best spot in the Twin City metro area to get your Disc's & disc golf accessories! Nothing flashy or pompous, but EXTREMELY well organized and easy to locate what you're looking for. Staff have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist and give advice when asked. This is "destination" stop if you're a Disc Golfer and just visiting the Twin Cities. You're guaranteed to walk out with several Disc's!!”

“Again. Amazed and impressed on how the fitting process dials in the "right" club. Mark O at the Minneapolis 2nd Swing location was smooth, knowledgeable and literally took me through four or five separate upgraded driver options for me to compare to my Taylor Made R1 that has been treating me well. Once down the "the" club, a Ping G425, Mark then tweaked my R1 to better match my swing with five balls each per club. Night and day difference, the Ping G425 wins. Actually was heading straight to the course for a round with the new driver. Happy place. The value in having someone dial in what you are looking for from the thousands, literally, thousands of choices available at these stores and online is priceless. Thanks again Mark and Andrew.”

The store feels clean and open when you walk in, there is plenty of room to navigate around the displays and other customers. While it may be easy to order online, there is a fun spirit to stopping by the store to stock up on new game day gear in person. He jumped almost two and a half sizes without us knowing, somehow.So I got him two size 9 and 1/2s. A pair of New Balance sneakers, and a pair of Adidas slides. Made out like a bandit.. 65 bucks.”
