“I would give Lucky's seven stars. I'm a out of towner and my car busted in Duluth. Being a typical woman I panicked and scrambled for those I knew who would have an opinion about local shops. Lucky's came up more than once. To my delight they were able to get me in fairly promptly. Yes, I am the typical woman and know very little about cars. My raving review comes from the fact I felt it was a fair price (from research) and I really felt like they took a moment to show me what went on and the why. When at other shops you get spoken to like the clueless car customer (that you are). They also worked with me for payment, which I greatly appreciate since it was a surprised expense. “The staff did a great job. As a sales team, they were sharp. I had no idea what I would find at VW, but only knew my friend loved her Atlas. I was impressed with the data gathering first and the Cross Sport that they believed would fit my needs best. You also had some great vehicles that I wanted to test drive and planned on going elsewhere (Volvo and a Honda Passport). After a week of research and driving, I bought our first new Cross Sport which was not even on my list at first!”

“Overall my experience with Kolar has been great. Maverick and Josh took great care of me and would highly recommend working with Maverick for your car shopping needs. Josh went above and beyond on the financial side.Additional mention to Parker at Kolar Toyota where I started my journey and directed me over to the Chevrolet building.Now for the reason for four stars instead of five. After going there and finding the car I wanted, I found out if you use a loan through USAA or Navy Federal you cannot take a car the same day even with the pre-approval paperwork and dealership check. I was quoted, who knows how long ago, an incident that happened using a different process from a bank I wasn't using for the reason. So if you do go there through a military-based bank be prepared to not leave the same day with a vehicle.”

While the repairs were being made, I was sent several text messages keeping me up to date. The truck is back and looks as good as new. They even cleaned the entire interior for me.
