“Overall my experience with Kolar has been great. Maverick and Josh took great care of me and would highly recommend working with Maverick for your car shopping needs. Josh went above and beyond on the financial side.Additional mention to Parker at Kolar Toyota where I started my journey and directed me over to the Chevrolet building.Now for the reason for four stars instead of five. After going there and finding the car I wanted, I found out if you use a loan through USAA or Navy Federal you cannot take a car the same day even with the pre-approval paperwork and dealership check. I was quoted, who knows how long ago, an incident that happened using a different process from a bank I wasn't using for the reason. So if you do go there through a military-based bank be prepared to not leave the same day with a vehicle.”
