“I had a pipe from an underground parking garage leak rusty chemicals onto my wife's Jeep. I ran it through the car wash 3 times and could not get the stain off, and It appeared to be etched into the paint, so I brought it to Abra off Central Entrance in Duluth. I was met by Jackson at the front desk who set up an appointment to see if they could remove the stain. Within 15 minutes they had the stain buffed out, and the car looks like new again! Thanks Jackson and Abra for the great service!”

“So glad a friend recommended Lucky's to me. As a single person, having a loaner car with no extra charges or using a rental business made my life so much easier. The service was fast, they were honest about what needed to be done versus what wasn't quite bad yet but what to keep an eye and ear out for on the stuff that might need attention down the road. Price points were reasonable as well! I even opted to have them do my brakes instead of when I do it at home for that reason. Took great care of my Subaru!”

“Brought my 2006 Mustang convertible in due to a dent on front bumper. Their work is outstanding and thorough. Was given a quote which was a great price. During process of repair was more damage to bumper than first noted but did not charge extra from their quote even though I was willing to pay more. The car is now showroom quality again. Color matched perfect and meticulous work. Was completed a day early from their estimate. Customer service was top notch. Offered a loaner car but did not need one. If I have the need for more work to this car or my regular ride, will definitely return to this shop. Thank you to all the staff that worked on my car, you're great.”
“My experience was wonderful. Was not given the run around. I was kept in the loop the entire time, they gave it to me straight, and told me why certain things were happening. Upon arrival to pick up, I was showed why it wasn't working the way it should and how to help prevent things from happening again. The person who contacted me and kept me in the loop was Justin. He was also very helpful answering questions that were not asked to be looked at. All in all, definitely recommend this place.”

“Rob provides great customer service and easy to deal with. I sent Rob some pictures of my dented fender to see if it could be fixed using the paintless dent repair process. Rob was honest and told me that he couldn't repair the dent and said my best / most cost-efficient option would be to buy a color matched fender from a salvage yard. Rob took the time to locate a fender for me that looked brand new at a great price Rob said he could replace the fender for me; however, if I wanted to replace on my own I could save some cash. I opted to attempt to replace it on my own. Rob spent at least 20 minutes walking me through the process and giving me a step-by-step instructional and even told me to give him a call if I ran into any issues. Rob also gave me some advice on how to keep my truck body in great shape. I was able to install the fender myself which saved me cash and my truck looks great again. I highly recommend giving Rob a call with any type of auto body issue; Rob's an honest guy that will give you great service!”
