“Paid off our car in January,2019. Today we stopped in to pickup our title. All staff was courteous and friendly plus most of all helpful. We were taken care of promptly. They have hot coffee, clean restrooms and it's a designated SafePlace. Nothing at all to complain about. Great experience with them over 6 years. Certainly a credit union worth checking out. “I have banked with Centricity for a few years now and I like banking with them. The reason I gave them four stars instead of 5 is because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone. They do call you back though if you have to leave a message on some random voicemail that has nothing to do with whatever you need to talk to someone about, because pressing buttons ad infinitum is the only way to get to any voicemail.”
