“Consumer Reports gave Culligan exceptionally high marks for clean water technology and service which is why I selected them. The intake staff were kind and knowledgeable and the polite technician who came out to install my faucet was friendly, patient- and went above and beyond. For example, he had a minor question about installation and took time to consult with a senior technician who offered to come out (in only15 minutes) to resolve it which was simply amazing customer service. In summary, I highly recommend them!!!”

Hundreds of options for everything... sinks, faucets, hardware, tubs, toilets, shower accessories. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices too.”

“We've had a Wolf range for almost 20 years and a sub zero fridge/freezer for a few years. They are exquisitely designed and the fabulous performance makes me happy every day. Today I had to phone support with an issue in the app. The gentleman I spoke with was outstanding - helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I highly recommend!”

“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”
“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”
“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
“Great location, great staff! I did once experience a staffer going customer to customer to give a long spiel about water heaters that were on sale. That was super annoying. And sometimes the prices are a little higher than average.”

“I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.

“Ibrahim and Will are two employees that I interacted with this week at Eden Prairie Home Depot. Will cut blinds for me and was very prompt, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. He had a real friendly demeanor. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. Then I went to the self checkout and had more great service. Ibrahim rang me up at the self checkout, and did it all for me! Then he put the three bags of salt that I purchased in my cart. I was floored!! I’ve not had such cordial service like this for a long time! Thanks, guys!! Hope you get a raise! Home Depot is lucky to have you both.”
