“I came in hoping to make a deposit and withdrawal a little cash before my vacation but I was 5 min past 5:00 when they closed, this was at Medina location but when Joshua came outside I said hi , he recognized me right away and was so helpful he talk to manager as she was getting ready to leave was able to open up the drive thru to help me with my transaction. It was very nice of him he didn’t have to stay after but he did it was great , he does an amazing job everytime I come in.”

“Jenna Williams, who is new employee with you, is an excellent member representative. I arrived at the bank around 4:35. I was trying to take a loan out against my credit card. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. Her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!”

“I was at your location off of Normandale Blvd today. I had questions about your credit union rewards program. I was lucky to get Leslie again. She was very patient and helpful. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. Leslie finally figured out what I did by trying to re-registered again. She figured out my mistake and was kind enough to write everything down for me and wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. I’ve been needing to deposit some cash and while walking around the city using the skywalk, I happened upon this credit union. It was after hours, but I was able to deposit cash into my account using their machine. It was seamless and so easy. I wish every credit union had one of these machines!”

We've used WFCU for over a decade, and compared to past big banks (including Wells Fargo), the entire experience start to finish, every aspect, is worlds better. Most recently April 2025 we decided to get a Safe Deposit Box at the Chicago Ave Branch, making an appointment online was very straightforward. We met with Alicia G, who was incredibly helpful. She carefully explained how the boxes work, fees involved, various sizes available, and guided us in using our box for the first time. Cannot emphasize enough how professional and friendly our interaction was. 10/10”
