“Kelly at Public Storage in Hopkins MN, always gives exceptionally good customer service. She recently got a big truck to move out of my way so I could park my camper. She also helped me in the past when I was having trouble parking my camper. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and she is always very polite.”
“I am so happy with my unit rental at Storage Mart, the facility is clean and very easy to drive in/out of. There is plenty of carts to help you with moving items efficiently. The customer service I received with Dakota was exceptional and exceeded beyond more than what i expected, especially on a late Friday afternoon. Staff like that deserve much recognition 👏🏾 🌟”

“I came to check out StorageMart because of the great prices that I had seen online, and honestly because they were so affordable I wasn't expecting very much. When I actually got there to check out the units I was surprised by just how nice of a facility it was. I was greeted by a manager named Kenzie and she did an amazing job of showing me the facility and helping me estimate how large of a unit I would need. I wasn't planning on actually renting a unit that day but she really did a great job and I knew I had found the right place for all of the decorative water features and garden statues that my wife won't allow me to keep at the house.”
