“Not a lot to say about storage units. It's clean, it's secure and the area is maintained. Staff review is fairly limited on my end. My encounters with staff has been a expected for part timers that are there. (My encounters have been "kids")”
“I booked The Move Crew for a 7:30 am move on October 2. They arrived promptly and got right to work. I was moving from a 3rd floor walk up, so lots of stairs, but Sam, Pete, and Josh had me out of my old apartment by 9 am. They were super efficient, courteous, and fast while still taking good care of my items. The new place is on the first floor, so no real steps, but it has some narrow doorways and odd angles. Not a problem for these guys. All in all my move took a little less than three hours which made it significantly lower in cost than I'd anticipated. This is my second time using The Move Crew and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.”
“Very nice customer service, I was helped by Mike and he was very helpful and nice! It was a hot day and I was moving and he gave me two plastic water bottles! I was moving around all day and didn’t get the time to really hydrate much so that was super nice :) I’m going to come back the next time I move!”
“I want to say thank you to Eddie and Fernando for their high caliber of customer service. I chose a unit and was told by another rep that I the unit I chose would be held for 30 days. When I came back to pay it was rented. I was upset and these two guys went out of their way to make it right and I got a better unit.This place is very clean and professional. I have a pet peeve about bathrooms but the bathrooms in this storage unit is super clean. I do appreciate her customer service especially when I travel out of the US.Joseph I met quite recently, and my interaction with him was very helpful.I will always use their storage unit.”
“I have been searching for an affordable easy to access storage. After looking at other sites, I found Extra Storage. I called and had a great conversation with the rep who helped me actually to get set up. When I arrived onsite I had access to the storage right away. The customer rep onsite was super helpful. Since it is my first time renting a storage space, she gave me great insights. The storage facility itself is super clean, the loading dock is easy access and super spacious. The elevators are quick and wide enough, to access the units it is super easy, the rolling doors are easy to use, super clean. I love it and it is the cheapest one even in rural area..”
