“McKenzie made it so easy to arrange a short-term locker rental on short notice! HUGE help with our move...everything accomplished in just a few minutes...great instructions, codes, unit, security and location so convenient to apartments and condos near the Knollwood shopping area. Thank you so much, McKenzie!”
“Rented a small enclosed truck for a one day move. Got there early. Marinda was super helpful. Got me going right away. Same thing on the return. Not familiar with their storage, but would recommend for truck rental.”

“I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Theresa for her outstanding customer service.
I already had a storage unit but needed a larger space. Theresa was incredibly patient and took the time to show me all the different options so I could find the unit that worked best for me. She never made me feel rushed and made the whole process simple and stress-free.
I had also lost the keys to my storage unit, and Theresa went above and beyond by helping me get the lock cut so I could access my belongings.
She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Extra Space Storage is very fortunate to have Theresa on their team.
Thank you, Theresa, for making my experience such a positive one. Highly recommended.”
