He said they would look at it and see if there might be a reasonable fix. He knew going in that it was leaking. Two hours later he called with the welcome news that it was fixed and cost less than half of the dealer’s diagnostic fee. We were lucky with what the problem was, of course, but finding someone who would charge a reasonable amount to figure out the problem, and then fix just what needed to be fixed is a big plus for us. Honesty and quality work are very much appreciated.”

“I traded my Cx5 2019 for a 2025 model. The process was straight forward, the entire transaction took a little over 2 hours, most of it was spent on waiting for the car wash and signing papers. I was pleasantly surprised by terms and no bargaining. The staff was very helpful, the offer for the trade in was a little higher than book value, on top of several promotional deductions, rebates, and dealers discount I drove away with the new car.

My amazing service representative McCoy Jessen came out after 1.5 hours to explain that they were really behind schedule and that it would be another 30-40 minutes. He apologized for the long wait and inconvenience and gave me a nice discount off of my services. Not only was he sincere and empathetic in his communication, he made my whole day better.
