“My wife and I have been using Quality Auto Care for the past 10 years any time we have car problems. It's never fun when your vehicle isn't working, but these guys are amazing and make the process as painless as possible. They always call to let me know what the problem is and give me an estimate of what the repair will cost, so I've never been surprised by a bill. The prices have always been very reasonable.
When my 20-year old car started leaking oil, they found multiple other problems, and rather than trying to sell me on an expensive repair, they basically told me it wasn't worth sinking any more money into. They didn't even charge me for the appointment.
Also, I would never buy a new or used vehicle without having them inspect it first. They've been so helpful and prevented us from buying a vehicle that had multiple issues.

He genuinely went to bat for us with the bank and was able to get our deal a couple hundred dollars lower than we originally anticipated. “Absolutely fantastic service. Showed up last minute, without a appointment, having to get my front breaks done. Already had the pads and rotors purchased. They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.”

They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I wouldn’t ever bring my truck to Rihm motors again! NEVER AGAIN!
They screwed up simple repairs on my truck several times then tried to jam me with a warranty bill I didn’t owe and after talking with other owner operators…I’m not alone…they have had the same poor experience at Rihm. Really, if you want great service at a good price from good people go to Allstate Peterbilt whether you have a Peterbilt or a Kenworth if it’s PACCAR they can fix it. I’m not into doing reviews, but Allstate bent over backwards for me twice and they deserve recognition for their work ethic and commitment to helping owners. Thank You!”
