“The problem I had needed extensive diagnostics. Each level of diagnostics costs a pretty penny. While it was steep, we spent close to $1k on this, it was incredibly thorough. I really liked the online page that lists all issues including the mechanic making videos showing exactly what the issue is. While it was expensive, I really felt the value matched the price spent. I do plan to return to Turbo Tim’s because I feel confident that the mechanics are trustworthy and I’m not being misled over not being knowledgeable about cars. Which has happened to me before.”
“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”
