“Rented a car at the airport. Found out that our fob was not working to lock/un lock the car and by the next morning it was barely working to start the car. This Budget was just down the road from our hotel and we didn't really want to go back to the airport to have it fixed. We walked in and he was able to pull a battery from an old fob and had us on the road again in minutes. Sure made our day a lot less stressful!!”
“Rented a car online. Did all my paperwork online. When I got through the vehicle was ready. Within 7 minutes I was back out the door again. And moving forward with my trip.”

“Easy enough to rent. But, when it comes to the deposit, it comes out right away and it takes several days to return to your card. I’m not that happy about that fact.”
