“I picked up my dress from a different tailor the day before my bridal shower, and it was still a wrinkled mess. I first called the Mendota Heights location to see if they could do a same day steam and press. They told me their driver just left, but I could probably drop off in Woodbury if I was quick. I made it, and got my dress back same day. They did an amazing job, my dress looked perfect. I so appreciate the above and beyond customer service.
I’ve been coming to the Woodbury location for a couple years to have a comforter dry cleaned. They always have things ready when they say they will and my comforter always comes back perfect. Would highly recommend.”

“Went here to wash a muddy SUV. There's a hose-ish wash gun that you can select from multiple spray options like water, soap, etc. (if I remember around 8 options). The coins did have issues and kept coming back out but I noticed if you flipped the coins or went upside down it'll take the coin eventually (it took all my coins and a coin took me as many as 5 entries). There's also a dollar to coins exchanger machine that dispenses quarters or tokens (I went with all quarters) so you don't need to bring your own. 5 stars for me! At the time of this review the wash was $1 in quarters and I forgot how long, sorry.
Edit: There might have been a specific way the machine accepted the coins but I didn't use enough coins to remember. Will make an update but I probably won't be back for a while.”
“Just found this place and so far so good. Got my clothes done in 24 hours and they did a great job. Been here twice now. You need to look for it to find it as it is tucked back a touch off the main drive. (7th) There is an entrance on the other side which I prefer as that road is far less busy.”

“I have been utilizing Hamline cleaners for a LONg time and never ever had any bad experiences.The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Joe is hands down the best! He is so personable and works with you to understand your needs and goes above and beyond for delivery.This is a mom and pop business that has been around since 1932. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work ethic is out of this world.I am really glad that this place survived the many construction projects on 51 and the pandemic. I make a point to go out of my way to bring all my dry cleaning to Hamline cleaners.”
“Peace and quiet doing laundry clean too..I've lived in my apartment across the street for 2 yrs and I must say I spent more money trying to was ha load in my building I save 20 bucks by walking my 2 loads and it do not take 5 hrs for 2 loads...I'm impressed you may get the loud cellphone users....but other than that the earlier the better..less traffic...could use a mini detergent vending and more selection of sodas and snacks in the vending machines”

“To be quite honest, the place itself is perfect. I gave it a four because the last time I was there, attendent seemed a little off. Every time I asked about something (i had never used laundromats before, so this was new to me), the guy always seemed like he had a small attitude. Also, there is no sign outsidr stating there is an ATM inside. So I went to the smoke shop to pull money for laundry. Also, one other thing, I tried to use my debit card to pay for the biggest washer last time, the guy said it should have worked. I calmly stated that it did not. So he told me he did not know what to do about it. I don't think laundry machines should take cards to begin with. But these ones do. At least the machines are cool compared to the people who work there.”
“If your change machine is going to dispense a mix of quarters and tokens that can only be used at your establishment; it would be nice if the dryers would accept those tokens…”

“i have been coming to this laundry mat since I was a child and it's never been in better shape then the present. It's always quiet, and the machines are good, this is pretty much the most cost effective washing and drying in the neighborhood. Grateful for the opportunity to wash here thank you.”

“Best laundromat in ssp, wsp & igh area. Both the wsp laundromat have people working there that treat you rudely just cause they stereotype you in categories that you shouldn't even place anybody in. Just cause I got a backpack don't automatically make me a hobo or drug user. I found it very offensive then to be stuck there waiting for my clothes to be done while they treat me like that. The wsp one i used the bathroom twice while there and both times exactly one minute after I got in a employee comes knocking for no damn reason. He didn't even respond to me when I asked what he wanted and told him it was occupied. I watched him and he didn't do that to anybody else just me and another woman who he probably categorized as a hobo or drug user.ive had nothing but good experiences at this laundromat me and my dad do laundry here almost every weekend. It a way for us to spend some time with each other and as I get older that's getting more and more important to me thank you Cahill laundromat for all your great service and dedication”
