“We arrived to the place. I used my phone storage app to open the gate, we went through the app worked. I had my storage unit # ,it was locked & looked, opened unit door and got out what we needed and closed door to the unit up. Locked it up again and made sure it was locked up right & tight. 1-truck they have been so easy to talk to, when calling I even get to talk to a human lol and if it goes to voice mail they return my calls in less than 30 minutes I like that they are on top of security as well if they see somebody inside the lot they come over and check it out to make sure you are suppose to be there which makes me feel good knowing my stuff is secure and the customer service has been the best I highly recommend them for your storage needs”
