“I visit Aldi frequently, I do like the selection and prices. I do not like that Aldi does not water their plants and prefer to let them die than take care of them.

“Expensive for some things but a very nice store. I did get very sick after eating a salad from their salad bar, but that's a risk you take. I've eaten there many times, this was hopefully a one time thing.”

“Sceptic for many years, went to Cub. Tried Aldi's again and walked out with a full bag for $21. Went back again, same full bag, $22. I actually checked the receipt to see if they had made an error. I buy dairy, bread lunch meat, cereal all a good deal. Yogurt is $.59 for a 4 ounce. It just adds up. !!”

“Love the low prices, I get most of my produce here and decent meat prices as well. The only reason for 4 stars is that this particular store still has produce in the front, such that when it's busy it can back up getting in or through to the rest of the store. I'm not the only one enjoying low produce prices so virtually all shoppers stop here.”
“This is a nice clean, stocked , organized store. They have a small baked item section. Nice size produce section. Some bulk bins for grains, seeds, flours, rice, dried fruits, coffee, and spices. Water refill station. They have personal care products. And some pet ,cat and dog section.
They have a hot bar/ deli counter. I have not experienced anything from that. But it seems good if you eat that sort of thing. Quick lunch. They have kombucha on tap.
In the spring they sell plants and herbs. We love to pick up starter plants and they are all so helpful.
The staff is always nice and efficient.”
“It's a nice value grocery store. Cart situation is kinda odd but it works, bring a quarter to rent your cart... U get it back if you bring the cart back to the front of the store...”
“I love the place. I have to disagree with the people who say the meet of produce goes bad quickly, that is just not true. I have used meat up to the use by date, and never had a problem. I cannot say that about meat I bought at other stores, unfortunately. The prices on some items are half what they are on sale at Cubs, and I cannot taste a difference. If anything, their stuff is fresher, because most of it is turned over daily. If you are looking to save money on groceries, and you hate coupons (I do!), then this is the best place to buy all your staples.”
“I'm not big into brand names so this place is great to cut down on grocery bills and often have cuts of meat like shaved steak for making Phillies! I like to go here before the other grocery stores knowing it will save time and cash. My grocery trips are much shorter at Aldi than digging through the big box office!”

“Good place to get some cheaper items but doesn't have enough people working so expect to wait in line awhile/ don't forget to bring your bags if you're planning on buying a lot ?”
“I’m glad to see this place is still in business after the light rail construction. I made the logo for them and it was the first logo I’ve ever had published for my internship!”
“Happily the Hy-Vee stores have a similar layout across the Twin Cities. A restaurant attached makes it super handy to meet up with someone and then get your shopping done.
The Natural Foods section IS in a different location than Oakdale, but there are very pleasant employees to point one in the proper direction”
“Yes, hyvee prices are higher than nearby competitors (this is my main draw back and why I'm rating the store only four stars). However, the store has a much wider selection. Take for example today when I needed a small salmon fillet. I checked at an unspecified nearby grocery store with considerably lower prices, but was unable to find what I needed. Any other day I would have found an alternative to save me the trip to another store, but with a wild adolescent weasel roaming my basement, I was not willing to risk it. Thankfully Hyvee had exactly what I needed-4oz salmon fillets are sold at their seafood counter! (fingers crossed the salmon works. Otherwise I'll need to find another way to lure out the vermin) One things for sure, next time I have to get bait for a wild animal in my house, I'll save myself the time and go to hyvee right away!”
“Even though the parking is tight and there are just a couple of cashiers, I love coming here for the great prices & quality! When I order groceries online from Aldi, this store always has someone to shop & bring it out to me super quickly! I love that convenience!”

“the bakery is 5 Star quality, the best I have ever seen. very talented staff created everything and she did it while we watched. very good service too. it's right next to a Starbucks too!”
“Store is great, nice blend of products, prices are reasonable vs lunds. Bakery has fair priced upscale treats. Deli hot area is great with daily specials, like the pork tenderloin bigger than a dinner plate for under $8. Sushi is good and fresh for nice price.”
“Love Hy-Vee! Great Brats, enjoy their meat department a lot. They have firecracker corn on the cob that’s terrific. They have a great quick serve section if you want grab a bite and don’t have much time. Bon a petit!”

“If you do not know how Aldis works you won’t have a good experience because it’s not like your traditional grocery. But this is a decent aldis and I can usually find what I’m looking for and more for a reasonable price. My only qualm is the long checkout lines with one or two cashiers but the cashiers are quick and they will call another associates to open a line. But other than that I enjoy my experience at aldi”
“This one is getting dirty, picked over a lot and crabby workers. At least it's not all self service. I have a lot of problems with Aldi produce going bad. Their prices are getting up there too on some things. But where else can you go? Everything else would be double at least. I used to get some things if made in US at Dollar Tree but they have really sold their souls.”
