“I love the place. I have to disagree with the people who say the meet of produce goes bad quickly, that is just not true. I have used meat up to the use by date, and never had a problem. I cannot say that about meat I bought at other stores, unfortunately. The prices on some items are half what they are on sale at Cubs, and I cannot taste a difference. If anything, their stuff is fresher, because most of it is turned over daily. If you are looking to save money on groceries, and you hate coupons (I do!), then this is the best place to buy all your staples.”

“I'm telling you, this store has done a complete 180. Great staff nowadays. The security guard D.J. is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Even just talking to him after my purchase at great length, he still took the time to greet everyone coming in and thank those leaving without skipping a beat. I don't know about you, but that's above and beyond a security guard's purview. Pass that along to Securitas, Aldi!”

“Awesome but sometimes they're so busy the day before I get there there's a lot of things that aren't on the shelves but it's still the best place to shop because all though some things weren't on the shelves there were stock personnel right there loading the shelves just what I wanted wasn't there right away but it was being put on the shelves so it's still a good store on Clarence Street in Saint Paul because they were stocking as I was there I was just too impatient to wait. I love the cub on Clarence Street in Saint Paul.”

“I've been a member for years and I generally really enjoy shopping here.
That said, I just witnessed a front end coordinator who was in the store shopping open up a checkout lane for himself despite the fact that there were several people waiting at the one checkout that was open.
He just ignored the line of people and plopped his groceries down at another lane and then an employee showed up and started checking him out.
The person behind me saw what happened and kindly let me go ahead of her at the newly opened checkout lane because I had been waiting longer than she had.
Abusing your leadership position to get special treatment is poor leadership.”
