“Purchased an '05 Silverado 1500 that had gauge cluster that needed drastic help. It had motors that were in terrible shape throughout the cluster, backlight bulbs that were already at least once replaced and already burnt out, and a godforsaken blue flame gauge face in the background. I mean, the previous owner was really nice, but I don't know what they were thinking putting some 90's themed stuff like that.
Todd was able to repair everything, brand new oem factory gm gauge face, new stepper motors, new white leds, and upgrade my cluster to have a transmission temperature gauge too in no time. I've been driving the truck around for a few months now to see how things have been holding up and it's perfect. Having the cluster done up so nice really makes it enjoyable driving the truck again. I couldn't be happier.
The turn around time was very quick too, I think the cluster didn't even spend a full 24hrs at the shop. I had my cluster back in only 4 days and I shipped from Houston. All in all I'm extremely happy with the outcome, thank you.”

“Hello. I had a trailer mishap (my fault) that damaged my Tundra Pick up truck. As it damaged the bumper it also disabled an electronic eye used for back up. There was other damage to the bumper itself. J&H was terrific to work with. They spoke with my insurance company to agree on the repair costs. The predicted drop off/pick up times were spot on. They did a great job on the repair work. Also, I had a nick unrelated to the trailer mishap that my dealer had tried to fix with touch up paint. “GEICO set a preliminary estimate for repairs to my basic Honda Accord with 15 hours of work over 5 business days. I scheduled the appointment through GEICOS mobile app specifically for this claim with a drop off appointment of September 11, 2024 at 8am. Upon arrival, my appointment was NOT on Caliber Collisions appointment schedule, AND appeared to be missing from the GEICO app and claim document. I had the receipt/documentation in my
email to present and I was informed of this issue having the potential to delay repairs as Caliber Collision typically receives the preliminary estimate ASAP so they can order parts prior to appointment. *** I have asked Caliber Collision and my my claims specialist from GEICO THREE TIMES at this point how it was possible that the record of my scheduled appointment had disappeared from BOTH entities records without ANY reasoning for this appointment to vanish from both companies records....and not ONE mention to me (the customer receiving exceptional service from Crystal at GEICO and ? at Caliber Collision) of any plausible explanation or even a mention of an attempt to discover the cause of this abhorrent technical error. This is a shining example to be included into my future memoir titled, "A Series of Misfortunate Incidences." Oct 3, 2024 tires are being mounted, and discovery of right suspension issue with two? parts ordered for repair. I was informed on October 8th of the suspension repairs/parts needed for this. October 15, 2024 customer is informed of "potential, possible, reading the future, educated guess, don't hold your breath, this IS our very first rodeo, cross your fingers, we have high confidence that your vehicle will be ready for you on October 16, 2024". Unprecedented scenario or something else is/has played out, causing my rental car coverage from GEICO to extend beyond GEICOS 30 day maximum coverage per auto policy. I will attempt to finish this unpredictable event when my Accord is complete.”

“Update. Service manager teached out to me and did look at the bill. We are receiving a credit and they wlarr making some updates to there hourly rate posting to include fees for using the diagnostic computer. I truly wish i had called them first but didn't know who to contact there. I believe they are definitely trying to make any issues right with the customers.
Had a isuzu there for service work. Had just purchased the truck from an auction and was in limp mode. We knew batteries had died and was jump started atleast twice while at the auction site. Our bill to reset computer and test driver was over $1000. They charged hidden fees for using the computer and epa fee when no parts where disposed of. They claimed we had a weak lift gate battery but I asked them to just unhook it as I keep the group 31 battery in our parts stock. Battery tested fine when I got the truck home so took it to a shop down the road to test the battery and also tested fine on his tester. Claimed the truck was dead at there shop from Friday to Monday and wanted to replace the starting batteries but truck just sat from the 21st to the 26th and started fine now that its home. Feels like they where trying to pad the bill even more. True shop rate isnt clean as they charge for using diagnostic tools and eps fee based off bill total. As a small business owner I'm very disappointed to see a business taking advantage of customers. This was our first time dealing with them and the truck will definitely go somewhere else in the future if possible. Being Isuzu only software was needed to reset the def system we had very little choice on where to take it.”
