“Hello. I had a trailer mishap (my fault) that damaged my Tundra Pick up truck. As it damaged the bumper it also disabled an electronic eye used for back up. There was other damage to the bumper itself. J&H was terrific to work with. They spoke with my insurance company to agree on the repair costs. The predicted drop off/pick up times were spot on. They did a great job on the repair work. Also, I had a nick unrelated to the trailer mishap that my dealer had tried to fix with touch up paint. They did their best but J&H fixed it very nicely at no additional charge. They also provided a rental vehicle for me to use which worked great. Five Stars all the way. I would recommend their friendly crew without hesitation.”

A few years ago, a deer jumped onto my car on my way home and my car had pretty significant damage. I originally had it repaired at Midwest Auto, but issues showed up later—my automatic lights and surround sensors didn’t work (which I didn’t notice right away), and eventually the paint on the repaired panel started falling off. Turns out it was a patch job.
By the time I went back to get it looked at, Midwest Auto had been acquired by Gerber. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but after they reviewed everything and spoke with corporate, they stepped up and made it right. I also worked with Progressive, who agreed to cover the damage caused by the original repair.
Gerber replaced the entire quarter panel, properly recalibrated my sensors, and even replaced my windshield as a precaution due to rust from the initial repair. I didn’t pay a dime! Everything was covered between Gerber and insurance.
They didn’t just stand behind their own work, they took responsibility for a situation they didn’t create. That says a lot.”

I went in thinking $700 was a lot for new back brakes on my Mazda, but I needed them fixed now for work. I guess I needed fronts too and before I knew it I was dropping $1400. That’s too much.”

“I went to NAPA since I had both brake lights go out and was pretty concerned. The guys in the store were super helpful and we eventually learned that my brake switch had stopped working. I had no idea of such a thing, and they helped me locate it and showed me videos of how to change it out. They were very helpful and nice, and made the situation less stressful.”

“Just had a fantastic experience at this location. I waited a little too long to replace my wiper blades, and was in a rush to get a new one during the rain today. I haven’t had to buy wiper blades for my Subaru yet, and the gentleman working the counter double checked that I grabbed the right one. Not only did he make sure I walked away with the right blade, he walked right out to my vehicle and put it on for me! I never would have figured it out on my own (I don’t do this often and it’s raining😭). I just really appreciate the kindness he gave me today. I can’t remember his name, maybe Christopher?
