βHello. I had a trailer mishap (my fault) that damaged my Tundra Pick up truck. As it damaged the bumper it also disabled an electronic eye used for back up. There was other damage to the bumper itself. J&H was terrific to work with. They spoke with my insurance company to agree on the repair costs. The predicted drop off/pick up times were spot on. They did a great job on the repair work. Also, I had a nick unrelated to the trailer mishap that my dealer had tried to fix with touch up paint. They did their best but J&H fixed it very nicely at no additional charge. They also provided a rental vehicle for me to use which worked great. Five Stars all the way. I would recommend their friendly crew without hesitation.β

βBrought my Acura MDX Type S to get repaired for hail damaged. From the time I walked in to get an estimate I was treated with exceptional service. I needed a ride to Enterprise, an employee gave me a ride. I received updates throughout the time my car was in for repair. They were done ahead of schedule and my car looked in absolutely incredible! Kenny is the best guy in town!! The staff at Gerber did an astounding job. Highly recommend!!β
βGreat service. Nice popcorn in the waiting room. But, the prices are so crazy. And just seem to get higher and higher. I went in thinking $700 was a lot for new back brakes on my Mazda, but I needed them fixed now for work. I guess I needed fronts too and before I knew it I was dropping $1400. Thatβs too much.β

βMy battery light came on and I popped in and asked if they could test my alternator. They were able to help immediately and we're super friendly to boot. If I am in this area and need auto parts I would not hesitate to come here. Fairly new and very clean store too!β

βJust had a fantastic experience at this location. I waited a little too long to replace my wiper blades, and was in a rush to get a new one during the rain today. I haven’t had to buy wiper blades for my Subaru yet, and the gentleman working the counter double checked that I grabbed the right one. Not only did he make sure I walked away with the right blade, he walked right out to my vehicle and put it on for me! I never would have figured it out on my own (I don’t do this often and it’s raining😭). I just really appreciate the kindness he gave me today. I can’t remember his name, maybe Christopher? He has short white hair. I will continue to shop here, thank you so much for the kindness!β

βI went to NAPA since I had both brake lights go out and was pretty concerned. The guys in the store were super helpful and we eventually learned that my brake switch had stopped working. I had no idea of such a thing, and they helped me locate it and showed me videos of how to change it out. They were very helpful and nice, and made the situation less stressful.β

βThe first appointment on November 3, 2025, was very disappointing, as the person who scheduled the recall did not order the part. On November 14, 2025, I returned for the same appointment, and Joey completed the task in a timely manner, and I made it back to my next meeting in time.β
