“Hitting a deer is never a good experience, however, Weber's made the entire process of getting our car fixed as easily and pain free as possible. Some parts were on backorder and one body panel came in warped during shipping, but they wouldn't allow that part to be used. Their standards of quality and perfection is amazing! It took a little longer to get everything fixed than we had hoped, due to some parts being on backorder (not their fault) and with them wanting to make sure everything was perfect when it was completed, but the whole experience has been great. They are very communicative and accommodating with helping us getting our vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. “just wanted to do a shoutout to service adviser Todd Pake and Toyota of La Crosse. My wife and I had brake failure lights appear on our 2017 Prius Prime around Tomah and managed to make it to La Crosse where we stayed for a week of vacation.I took it to the dealer and ask if they could resolve the problem so we could enjoy our vacation. The cost of the repair could have been little or large and knowing that we were at the dealer's mercy, I was expecting the later. I was driven back to our hotel and waited for a costly call.About 1 hour later, Todd called and said our car was ready with the only charge of $150 for diagnostic services. He came to pick me up and I told him that the dealer could have taken advantage of out-of-towners and was happy that it didn't. Todd replied that they believe in Karma and would not do that to any customer of theirs, old or new. Since dealerships have a generally negative image, I just wanted to share that Toyota of La Crosse is not one of those dealers. “River States Truck and Trailer helped me out of a jam when I had a bearing and axle failure on my boat trailer coming back from vacation and 4 plus hours from home. I called and spoke with DuWayne Springer/ Service advisor foreman who assisted me with a tow referral and an overview of what needed to be repaired. On Monday Bob Miskanis who I believe is the shop foreman called me and updated me on repairs and lead times for parts which were lengthy, approx 40 days. Long story short we were able to find parts quicker and the repairs got done in a timely manner. Bob answered my e-mails and calls promptly. Bob and DuWayne as well as their service staff were courteous, responsive, and the quality of the repairs excellent. They all made a bad experience into a much more tolerable and excellent customer experience. Hats off to the entire staff behind the scenes that did my repairs and ultimately left me with a better product than I had. If your near Eau Claire and have a breakdown I highly recommend calling River States for your repairs if you’re a trucker or just a guy that fishes and tows his boat around like me.
