I broke a belt by OT and had to try to get to the nearest part store as soon as I could. O’Reilly in Holmen was the closest and my best chance at resolving this so I could go to work tomorrow. Came into the parking lot with engine overheating and full of stress, 20 minutes until close. Aiden (spelling?) was behind the counter and he immediately pulled up the belt I needed, got me checked out and was super helpful and kind. He borrowed me the tool I would need. i had never done this job before so I was watching YouTube and looking at diagrams to figure out what I needed to do to change it. It became clear i wasn’t going to get done before close so I went back to bring the tool back. Aiden unlocked the doors and let me back in so i could purchase the tool. 20 minutes later,I had the belt in position but was struggling with the tensioner as Aiden was just getting to his car to leave. He came over and helped me while off the clock until we got the belt on properly. He even went back inside to get a jump pack in an effort to get me back on the road. Aiden is a good man, and whatever he is being paid it’s not enough! Thank you Aiden, I will be back to this location the next time I need a car part!”
