“Applied for a car loan here after being denied at our long time credit union. We had zero issues getting approved, Jason was amazing to work with. He even stayed late when the dealership took a little longer than expected to send over a purchase agreement. We got to the bank a couple minutes after they closed and they still ran out a check so we could purchase the vehicle tonight for our very excited and impatient 17 year old son. Thank you again for the ease of everything and allowing us to submit everything electronically as my husband is working out of state. Everything was easy, fast and the customer service was top notch!”

“I’ve consistently had positive experiences at this GECU location. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when questions come up. The branch is well run, and the business hours make it easy to stop in without feeling rushed.
I also appreciate how respectful and welcoming the team has been during visits with service dogs. As someone who works with dogs being trained for service-level public behavior, it’s encouraging to see a business that understands the role of properly trained working animals while still maintaining a professional environment for everyone.

“I can not speak highly enough about banking with UWCU. I had three institutions prior to moving all of my banking needs to UWCU in the last five years. Their banking app is superior in all ways to the banks I have previously banked with. After one home refinance and three car vehicle loans I can honestly say their lending team has been incredibly easy to work with each time. They are professional, quick with responses, worked effectively as a team…even in the absence of one another. I’ve compared their interest rates each time and have all four times meet or beat the best rate from my other institutions. When refinancing my home in 2024 my local title company asked who I used as it was the lowest rate they had seen at that time. Because of my experience I’ve had three friends and my parents transfer their business to them and have they have all been equally as satisfied.
