Their banking app is superior in all ways to the banks I have previously banked with. After one home refinance and three car vehicle loans I can honestly say their lending team has been incredibly easy to work with each time. They are professional, quick with responses, worked effectively as a team…even in the absence of one another. I’ve compared their interest rates each time and have all four times meet or beat the best rate from my other institutions. When refinancing my home in 2024 my local title company asked who I used as it was the lowest rate they had seen at that time. Because of my experience I’ve had three friends and my parents transfer their business to them and have they have all been equally as satisfied. Hands down best Credit Union I’ve been with in 30 years of banking.”

I also appreciate how respectful and welcoming the team has been during visits with service dogs.
