“Love this cute and quaint market/country store in the heart of Lake Elmo. We normally go to Hagbergs to get a sandwich, chips, and drink and eat lunch there. They always have very unique items such as unique chips, candy and drinks! This trip I got clearly Canadian...where would you be able to find that drink? No where else. They also have gluten free bread which makes me a happy gal. Today I got a Rueben on gfree bread...delish! Don't walk but run to this local favorite in town!”

“Very well run Trader Joe. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The lines are always staffed such that the wait is minimal. The store is always clean and fairly well stocked. Shopping at Trader Joe is always a relatively quick in-out experience. And as with all Trader Joes, the quality and excellent selection are second to none.1/24 Update: My wife and I have noticed that the fruits and vegetables are not of the same quality they once were. We used to prefer Trader Joe's over Target for these items but now we find that Target has better produce with the exception of Mangos. We still prefer Trader Joe for many food items but avoid their produce department.”

“Found half-dozen-cartons of eggs and a couple of brands that my usual grocery store doesn't carry. The staff offered to show me where the 6 egg cartons were.”

“Love Kowalski’s but very dissatisfied with the green bean choice in the produce section on Christmas Eve Eve. We decided not to serve them which is a tradition. Should have not settled for the green beans in the first place.”

“River Market is my go to for just about everything. They have a phenomenal selection of natural healing products, I’ve been able to find so many ingredients I needed there that I can’t get at the big box grocery stores. Even the scent of the store is comforting when you walk in.”

“I love Aldi for the prices more than anything they have a great variety, but don't always have stock. The generics at Aldi have are pretty good like for instance Cinnamon Toast Crunch, they have their own brand and it's just as good as the expensive brands. They do not carry a variety of soda, so if you have a certain brand in mind you may not find it there”

“I feel like the people in this area are not good at getting a parking spot and getting out of one. But I like it here. The isle with home goods is my favorite place to shop. I can have a whole cart full and not a single grocery item! Lol♥️♥️”

“Typical Aldi's.But A little less organic food here than a lot of them. But Red Wing doesn't much of a customer base for Organic(I can't find Organic H&H.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable.”

“I stopped by this Jerry foods, and was very impressed at the immense selection that they had for everything, including fresh produce, cheeses, deli meats, and other organic items. Adjacent to the wine and spirits is a small dining area where I saw two friends sitting by a fireplace in gabbing. Will definitely come back again. Love the small cute succulent plants too”

“I love their low prices, awesome produce, friendly staff and so much more. I was skeptical about going here because I know where everything is at Cub and I'm a creature of habit. But family members kept urging me to go.So one day I did. I bought 11 items on my first trip there. I went to Cub after to price those same items.....I had saved $14.00!!!! Then I tried the items I had bought and they were as good if not better than Cub! I am now a believer. No they don't have everything, but I'm ok picking up a few things they don't have at another store.Things that we love from Aldi:Smithfield sliced breakfast ham,2% and chocolate milk, eggs, all produce, variety of cheeses, Italian take and bake bread, pizza, creme brulee (yes! at Aldi!), oh gosh SO much more!!! Things I haven't liked are their flour and sugar. But I'm a baker and kind of picky on those things. Try them out. You will be happy and definitely save a lot of money!!!!”

“I wish I could keep this gem of an establishment all to myself, but i do need to give credit when it's due. Well-stocked on health-conscious, better for you, and the planet, foods. Accommodating for gluten and dairy free diets. I am extremely grateful as Taylor Made Nutrition stocks items you can't find anywhere else. They are also very kind and helpful, especially the gentlemen, but everyone who works here has been great!”

“Aldis is one of my favorite grocery stores. It is small, so I can get in and out quickly. They have the basics, which is awesome since I try to eat whole foods and limit highly processed foods. And of course you can not beat the prices.”

“Awesome local corner grocery store with great produce area, meat department, deli, and grocery items for all of the necessities. Love that they have hot lunch options from 11am - 2pm (especially taco Tuesday where they use house made fresh pico) and if you miss hot lunch, you can always have a made to order sandwich at the deli. Their customer service is second to none.”

“Definitely not the place to go for all of your shopping needs, but if you're just grabbing a few things or want some delicious baked goods this is a great store. Staff is incredibly friendly and it's set right on beautiful White Bear Lake.”

“I had a great experience here. I had an issue at the gas pump and they were able to help me quickly and very respectful, great customer service! Will be returning.”

“I'm new to the area, and came here in search of one thing: artisan cheese. I was pleased to find a large cheese counter with many new-to-me offerings. The greatest focus was on Wisconsin, complete with promotional displays, which was great, though I had hoped to find more Minnesota cheeses as well. I did find a couple mini jars of local honey, though, which I'm excited to try.”

“This is our local grocery store and the go-to given the location to our home. The smaller building size makes it incredibly easy to navigate, ensuring a quick and efficient shopping experience. Unlike larger supermarkets, finding items is a breeze, and I appreciate the convenience this brings to my grocery trips. One of the standout aspects is the store's generous operating hours. It accommodates various schedules, making it convenient for shoppers with busy lifestyles. Whether you're an early riser or need to pick up essentials after work, the store has you covered. However, it's worth noting that the prices are slightly higher compared to other grocery stores in the area. While this may be a drawback for budget-conscious shoppers, the trade-off is the ease of access and the time saved in a more compact space. In summary, this local grocery store earns a solid 4-star rating for its accessibility, convenient hours, and straightforward layout. While the prices may be a tad higher, the overall experience makes it a reliable choice for those looking for efficiency in their grocery shopping.”

“The ribs are amazing, and the front-end person was really sweet. They are also generous to the troops (a wonderful gesture). I'd give them a try again and recommend them to friends!”

“Good variety. Prices reasonable. But make sure you watch your totals. Almost didn't get the sale price. The check out rang up my order as full price, I had to get the tags for the discount.”

“Wine, beer, and spirits store attached to our local favorite market. Pretty good selection for a small shop. The staff is top-notch. You pay a little more than you would at a dedicated liquor store, but I like the convenience of combining grocery shopping and booze shopping at a single stop.”

“Picture this... it's the dead of winter and my lips are so dry they've been bleeding for the past three days that I've woken up (and I can't find any of my chapstick!). Enter my favorite Target! My strongly needed aquafor was easy to find and now my lips can begin their healing journey. Thank you Target for always being there to help when I need you the most! Unfortunately, I am only able to rate this location four stars because today they had half of their parking lot blocked off (for a reason I don't know!) and I was unable to park in my favorite spot. This new occurrence set me off of my groove and I was unable to enjoy my shopping trip to the fullest degree.”

“Limited items for choices, shelves were bare but I was able to find items of interest: mushrooms, udon, frozen variety of hot pot items. Drinks brings out the younger child in me.”

“Definitely the nicest store in this little pocket. Faces Phalen Blvd and has a nice bike rack. Store is clean and have everything that you would expect from a normal Aldi. Unfortunately, the entrance that faces the rest of the shopping area stays locked at all times. Also, the bathroom doors are also locked. I'd expect an Aldis to do better in this regard.”

From pet food, pharmacy, plants, bathroom essentials etc. They also have a good variety of fresh food places you can eat, from Asian to American food. It's a nice selection. They have a wine and spirits and gas station as well but they are not connected to the store but within the same area.”
