“In the past month we have used Shane Co in Woodbury twice and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.First I had my wedding ring resized there. I originally purchased my ring there so the service was free. Plus, they gave my wife and I free silicone rings to wear while ours were in the shop. Super nice staff, super easy process and we got the ring back in a week.Then just this week, one of our daughters put on a ring that was too small and her finger started to swell. Shane Co cut the ring off for free. The gentleman that helped us was so kind and reassuring to our daughter and made her feel comfortable. It was a great experience. So grateful to the staff there. “Jakaya is the most patient sweetest employee ever she pierced my daughters ears and my daughter would not get the other done we were in there for atleast 30 minutes trying to convince her that it wouldn’t hurt not once did Jakaya complain,Sigh or anything when I was over it Jhakiya was right by her side cheering her on saying the most heart warming things even kept calling her queen which she loved I tried tipping her at the end to show my appreciation as I know this wasn’t easy and she didn’t even want it in fact she told me as long and my daughter was happy that’s all she cared about which didn’t seem like a forced response but a very genuine one would recommend her for everyone!”
