“JBJ is a wonderful company with amazing products and staff. My wife got me a dinosaur bone and meteorite ring for our wedding, and I was always careful with it because I knew it was fragile. Then one day it slipped out of my hand and the dinosaur bone chipped off in multiple places. JBJ offered to replace the full dinosaur bone with crushed bone and a protective sealant. Their staff was helpful with all of my questions, and the ring looks amazing.”

We’ve bought engagement rings, wedding rings, birth and anniversary presents, everything from necklaces to earrings. Every time we go in they are warm and listen exactly to what we are seeking. The trade in policy is great too because there’s always the option to upgrade in the future and only pay the price difference. It really is a great no risk way of shopping for jewelry fans. “What an absolute pleasure it was working with Jim in having my custom engagement ring made. He started me with a consultation so he could provide me with information about diamonds (cut, clarity, etc.) and have an idea of what I was looking for. After a week or two, he had a number of diamonds for me to choose from that met my specifications from the previous meeting. He then proceeded to make the ring with the diamond I selected and a picture I provided him of the style I wanted.The ring exceeded all expectations for beauty, quality, and price. There is something extra special knowing you had a custom ring made to by a local craftsman who has been in the game for decades.”

“Great place to get gifts for people who are hard to shop for, however, it's tough not to "accidentally" buy things for myself too. I could spend thousands of dollars and thousands of hours in this store.If you're anything like me, you can walk in without needing or wanting ANYTHING, and somehow walk out with 10 things you just HAD to have.Most recently, I bought myself a purse that looks like a grumpy frog. I named it Gorf, and it is one of my favorite things ever, and I get compliments on it ALL THE TIME.”

“Wonderful customer service! I took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced and the sales associate and manager were SO kind and patient. We have attempted to get her ears pierced 2 other times (not at this location) and my daughters nerves got the best of her. This time they talked through what would happen. Did a practice round and shared stories of her puppies! They went above and beyond to make her comfortable and we got them pierced! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

They were very sweet and maybe this was luck on my part or maybe they’ve got a better crew after all the bad reviews. Either way I hope if more folks have a nice interaction they will mention it.”
