Moved out all my belongings the last day of the month. Was on auto-pay, and Peggy was very helpful in closing my account that last day so I wouldn't get charged for the following month.”

“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. To say that the owner was not helpful is inaccurate, as he did all that was possible given the circumstances.Manager, Stillwater Advance Self Storage”

“My appointment was noon and I try to check in 6 am but send me back on truck stop they said leave the property and come back 11 am and I came back 11 am right way door in 2 hours got loaded but in office lady morning time bad attitude and noon was same lady very nice”
