“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. “My son rented a unit from the Oakdale locations and because of some unforseen circumstances some friends and I had to make sure the unit got cleaned out. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to work with. I especially worked with Jessie most often. I had a very pleasurable experience and will definitely recommend renting if you need storage. My son also said he was pleased the whole time he rented with them. If we good give more stars we would definetely deserving of a 5+ rating!”

“Great place. Was told no overnight parking when I called, show up and there’s trucks parked overnight. Other than that, no problem. Ample room to maneuver, some potholes but come in slow and you’re good. To check in, they open at 0600. Make sure to fill out the sheet and attach it with your paperwork if unloading here. Then go back to your truck and wait for call.”
