They go above and beyond with the little things, like opening the door when my hands are full and quickly scanning my packages so I can get in and out without any hassle.

I don't think I have ever waited in a line of more than one person, but generally there is no one in the place. I go out of my way to ship everything I have too at this branch. “The photos displaying the inside of the Willernie post office are not correct. There are no lockers for packages, no selfserve kiosk, and its not nearly as big as the pics make it look. The outside photos are right though.”
“If your UPS return has a QR code (such as if youre returning an Amazon package), this location does not accept QR codes unfortunately. They only accept packages where it has a printed label with a barcode slapped directly onto the package. I couldn't mail out my stuff but the employee was informative & courteous and suggested the next closest ups office to head to instead.”

“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”
