I felt like I was treated so kind and respectfully and like I was truly part of the team. I was headed out of town in 24 hours time and my dog was sick. Not emergency room sick, but worrisome to me. Just the right amount of testing was done, nothing over the top, and I got wonderful follow up from the DVM after my dog's xray was read. “While traveling from out of state, and in South Dakota, our dog Chummy broke his leg. We went to a fantastic emergency vet there, however unfortunately they were not able to fix this sort of a fracture. They contacted your emergency vet and we drove through the night to get him there, arriving at 2am. We were immediately met with your caring staff, and he was quickly addressed. We left him in great hands! We were kept updated on everything that was happening, and he came out of the surgery great! We can't thank you all enough, for everything that you did for him, and us! We are back home in the UP of Michigan with him, and he is recuperating! Thank you all so very much!”

“I'm a first time dog dad and i had brought in my 5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog in for a yearly check up and yearly shots. The staff was incredible and took care of my girl in the best way possible and after telling them the concerns i had they addressed them right away and answered any questions i had. They even boarded her for the dental cleaning she got since I had work. They worked with me on what's affordable and they offer a great payment plan. Overall great experience and I'll make sure to come back”

“This is one of the best clinics in Minnesota for small animal care. They handle exotics with ease and have even done several complex surgical procedures on our guinea pigs. The entire staff goes above and beyond to care for clients and make sure that all questions are answered and next steps are clear. They are my go to for any time one of our pocket pets doesn’t feel well because they have years of experience working with them.”
