“What's there not to love about this place. Everyone there cares so much about the pets that come through their door as if they were their own. I've been going to this place since I moved to Maplewood 12 years ago and will not go anywhere else. They've taken care of all of my pets including helping to put down our beloved pets with utmost care and consideration.”

“We absolutely love Rivertown. We brought our cat for an emergency and she had never been so comfortable at a vet so we switch all our animals here. They are so patient with our anxious dog and answer questions over the phone. They spend time talking through everything and we just appreciate them so much. Dr Rutledge and Dr Howe are the best!!”

“I wanted to Thank all of you at Lake Animal Hospital, especially Dr. K. Roeser for your Love, Compassion, honesty and over and above Quality care for our P.C., (feral kitty we adopted at 7 months). P.C. (purr constantly), was a very important family member. We were very blessed to have her for 13 years. 8 months. She was so loving, outgoing and adaptable. She loved car rides, vacations up north to Grandpa's lake cabin, playing and window shopping from her 76" high tree tower. She loved people, being brushed and she loved her vet, Dr. Roeser. She was a very loyal companion. When P.C. was diagnosed with terminal small cell lymphoma in her G.I. in 2021 by emergency vet clinic doctor. The prognosis was her quality of life was maybe 3 to 6 months. She was still very active, playful and happy with the exception of weight loss and now cancer treatment. They offered chemo therapy with no promises. I knew chemo would have killed her so I opted out of chemo therapy. Following appointment was with Dr. Roeser at Lake Animal Hospital. Best decision I made. Thank you Dr. Roeser for guiding us through the decisions and Best care for P.C. She would not had those additional 2 years and 7months of Quality of Life and Happiness without you and your Team at lake Animal Hospital. Thank you most of all for your honesty when it was time and P.C started to decline. When she needed to be in that Better place in Heaven where she could be the kitty she loved to be, free of cancer and without limitations. Thank You Lake Animal Hospital Team. To all of you there for making P.C.'s passing yesterday very peaceful. Your Compassion and Love for P.C. and us was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.Gerilynn and DylanDearest P.C. you will never be forgotten, only missed until we see you again.”

“I’ve been taking my dogs here since the summer of 2018 and I’ve always had a good experience. I find great use of their Paw Plans, especially the senior dog paw plans now that my dogs are officially seniors. My dogs are always happy to enter the building and see the staff, it’s a very minimal stress environment for them.”

“I could not get into my Vet for an emergency visit for my dog suffering from a severe earache. I called Stillwater Veterinary and they offered me two times day of. They were all very friendly and took awesome care of my Bichon mix dog that was very crabby at them because of the painful infection in his ear. I will be switching veterinary clinics. I highly recommend them.”
“Friendly and caring vet and staff.Could use some work on their communication, but overall did the best they could. We told them several times before bringing in our cat that our cat had been red tagged and was difficult, but they insisted that they had seen it all and deal with cats all the time. We gave it a chance and unfortunately they weren't able to help our cat.Overall though, I'd say this is an excellent vet with affordable prices.”
“I went to this place a year ago. The service was great, and it’s so sweet that after my cat’s teeth extraction surgery they gave him a little certificate. My cat passed away yesterday, and I’m so glad I kept this certificate. I framed it and it just reminds me how brave and awesome my little boy was. “They get you in quickly, they have exotics animal treatment available (care for rabbits, etc...), and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They all are good with animals. We bring our Dog, Cat, and Rabbit there (rabbit for dental trims).”

“I was in the market for a new vet. After 20 years at our current place they had evolved to the point where it felt like they never looked up from their computers when I came in with my cats, and that just didn't feel great. I get it, documentation and process is important, but my fur babies deserve at least a hello or welcoming glance.I gave NSP Animal Hospital a shot because they're super close to my house, so less time stressing out my pets, and convenient for me!I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE.I have been blown away by the level of service. My cats get more follow up phone calls about their health than I do as a human patient!!! Which, let's be honest, is really how it should be. ?Check in/check out takes longer because of no fancy electronics, but worth it for the feeling of having a family doctor who is just as invested in your pets health and well being as you are.Thanks NSPAH!!! ?”

“I've been taking my dog to Banfield for 8 yrs. When I lived in Maple Grove, MN, I took her to the Maple Grove Banfield. When I moved to Woodbury, I took her to the Woodbury Banfield for the last 3 years. I have my dog on the Wellness plan with dental cleanings. My dog of 12 1/2 yrs still has all her teeth and I think good oral health is vital to having a healthy dog. The wellness plan is worth it because they also do bloodwork at the checkups which can help spot if there's changes in my dog's health. A few times through the years, my dog needed to be seen for various things like itchy ears, limping, corneal eye ulcers and a possible squirrel bite. Each time they gave her the best care. When she had the corneal ulcers, the vet referred my to a vet Eye ophthalmologist at Blue Pearl. Thanks to that referral, my dog is not blind. The vet at Blue Pearl did a treatment twice and her eye ulcers healed.I really like Dr. Vogt at Woodbury Banfield as well as the techs and the front staff. I appreciate the reminder texts and phonically as well as the follow-up phone calls. All have been kind to my dog.”
“Brooke at the front desk was super friendly and treated me and my puppy like friends while also being super informative and helpful!Dr. Kaplan was super informative and made sure all of my questions were answered and gave me all the information I needed to make sure I was taking the right steps in my puppies care and helped me understand when to get my puppy spayed.Aliccia the doctors assistant (I think) was awesome! Cared for me and my puppy and walked me through the wellness plan as well as other options and what’s all included in her care, as well as getting me some reading materials on the options I get with my plan. Also she wrote my puppies name on her bag and just made the whole visit so great !!”

“I brought my sweet girl Qiqi in for surgery to remove a tumor on her side. She unfortunately passed away a few days after due to complications during recovery; the surgery itself went fine, the stress of everything was just too much for her poor little body to handle. Cedar Pet Clinic was wonderful throughout everything. Everyone was kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions. They did everything they could to help her, and even managed to get me in very last minute when her condition continued to worsen. My experience with the clinic made her passing a lot less painful; I will definitely continue bringing my pets here, and have since recommended this clinic to another friend who owns exotic pets! <3”
