The owner is very honest and preferred to sell us a $35 part to fix our washing machine over a new one for hundreds when it was clear I had some DIY experience. He recognized the issue we described and the washing machine type from our description and noted those machines were built to last. His advice was spot-on and saved us hundreds of dollars in buying a machine to replace a machine that just needed a $35 part. Such honesty in a business owner is rare and commendable, and we will come back here for all our appliance & appliance parts needs!”
“Really good experience - I had a question about a backordered item, and customer service e-mailed me back within an hour. I used their kit to replace the board and switch for an 18 year old Casablanca fan. It was a bit tricky to do with the fan still mounted, but if you've done minor home repair (replaced an outlet or a light fixture) you should be able to do it no problem. Far superior solution than replacing our fan with some garbage from the Home Despot.”

“I reached out to the company because my weight scale started having hiccups. I no longer had the box it came in &, has no reciept b/c it was a gift. They offered to replace thw scale because the scale that i have was no longer available. They gave me the option of what they had available. One scale was $99 & the other only option was $49. Due to my modesty, I chose the $49 scale. I just accepted the replacement on yesterday therefore I am patiently waiting for new scale. I don't even have to go thru the trouble of sending the old one back to them. They said I could discard it. 10 thumbs up to them!”

“They came to look at just the fridge and the dishwasher, but when I found out they could take a look at the furnace as well, they didn’t hesitate to look at that too. They were super nice. I only remember one person’s name and his name was Drew.”
