I recently had great frustration with the branch manager at the Watkins location of Citizens Bank, changing the rules (or clearly not understanding them!) regarding access to my recently deceased mother's bank accounts. When I walked into the Lakeville branch, I was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude of helpfulness. “Best bank and bank staff in the state, hands down. The staff is fabulous. Anybody that thinks any different very likely came into the bank and was advised of something they didn't like or want to hear, but was told the truth. "I want to cash an old sketchy check from my friend's cousin's neighbor that he endorsed to me and I don't have any identification". And then was politely advised of the fact that no bank will cash that check. Then they left with an attitude. Sorry, dude, but nobody will cash sketchy checks and every body needs an ID. US Bank ain't a voting booth. Best bank in the state, and the staff is wonderful and professional.”

“Pleasant enough branch. Customer service is pleasant, though there can be a bit of a line and wait at times. ATM is nice, though it’s not 24/7 like it’s said since it’s located within the building which is locked up after hours. It’s understandable however.”
