“Other than the incident below, I have only good things to say about my experiences with Spectrum. Been with them now (second stint) for 4 almost-incident-free years. Dealing with the automated phone menus and the (AI?) support chat is kind of a bummer, but any time I've talked to an actual person, either by phone or in-store (the below as the exception), everyone has been generally quite friendly and helpful. The incident below is the only problem I've had, my mood already soured by 2 days without internet (it was eventually determined squirrels had chewed into our above-ground cable line)--somehow non-local phone support scheduled me an appt at a local store during a time when they were closed. How do you let that happen?
Previous 1-star review: Had no Internet for 2 days. Chat support couldn't help, but phone support was nice enough to schedule me an appt at my local store to pickup a new modem. I got there at my appt time only to find it was closed (temporary hours), and the 2 people onsite refused to help me.”

“We were there just after Christmas to trade in phones and get a sync up watch paired from Santa. After spending HOURS on the phone with customer service they recommended we go in. We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. Isaiah’s level of professionalism and expertise were unmatched. This was by far the most positive experience we’ve experienced with TMobile.”
