“How'd I'd like to write a bad review so the apartment I want doesn't get rented out....BUT there is absolutely nothing bad I could write about this place! Lexington Lofts are literally every apartment on steroids. They have a pool, laundry IN UNITS, a HUGE gaming room, a HUGE lounging area that is completely free and you don't have to rent it out!! Oh and don't let me forget about the movie theater that you can use FOR FREE and stream all your favorite things. Their move-in specials are to die for! Hope they are still around next year! Thanks to Nadiyah for showing my family and I around yesterday! I hope to see you soon with a moving truck! **You'll be invited to our move in party haha. You are absolutely wonderful and really appreciate how professional you are.”

“I have been living here for the past 4 years, and it's been great. Very quiet, great quality apartments with a nice modern look, and all the neighbors I've actually encountered and spoke to are extremely nice.

The landlords/leasing management have all been extremely professional. If you need anything fixed, just make a simple phone call and someone will be there within a day/week depending on what it is. They even have an emergency maintenance line that will get you in contact with someone when you need it. They are also non-intrusive and value your privacy, as whenever something needs to be checked in the room (for general fire safety/maintenance related activity, which barely ever happens) they let you know with plenty of time in advance.

I can't say I've smelled any smoke in the hallways or anything like that, maybe after a tenant just got done with their smoke break outside, but I wouldn't consider that atypical of anywhere else and this has otherwise been a great and safe place to live for the past 4 years.

The amenities are wonderful, with a big park outside to walk your smaller pets, patio with a grill, covered and HEATED parking, a shuffleboard table, flex/conference rooms as well as a big event room for gatherings, and an indoor gym. All utilities are covered other than electricity which you just pay through xcel (and internet/cable of course).

Overall, it's been a great place to live, and although I plan on purchasing my own home when the market becomes a bit more favorable, I would consider it a great time spent as I move on with the next chapter of life.”

“Moving into Shoreview Grand Apartments has honestly been a wonderful experience. Indi and the rest of the team here have been extremely patient, kind, and direct! I appreciate them, my family, best friend (for the recommendation), and the movers for all the help and guidance! Also that elevator has been extremely clutch in this whole process, to be honest! Glad to be here and apart of the community! It's a beautiful area in a nice spot too!”

“I resided in the 1729 Grand apartment for 12 years and I had an excellent experience throughout. The building manager was very responsive, professional, and exceedingly friendly (just had to send an email and the problem would get fixed immediately), fixtures in the apartment were kept up to date, the hallways and facilities were always kept very clean, and the grounds were tended to and beautified. Finally, in all my 12 years, my rent rarely went up and when it did so it was very very marginally for normal reasons at a normal and expected rate. I really loved this apartment and the building management. Thank you Kleinman!”

“Bree was very sweet while showing the apartments. The property is havimg some upgrades done & are very nice. No elevator & no utilities are included are the downside. I'm still deciding but they are part of my top three on my list so far.”

“Marty on the maintenance crew is incredible. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions (even when he did not create the problems). We had an issue with a water leak in our bathroom and he was quick to help and resolve an unrelated sink clog. He is wonderful!”

“Well first of all I will give this place 5 stars but it wasn’t like that when I first moved in my apartment it’s nice big closet space nice size living room I love my apartment and the space I have I like the fact I live on the first floor that way I don’t have to go up stairs carrying my groceries but when I first was trying to get this apartment it was a little difficult with the management they would never pick up the phone and never be in the office I would have to contact a another office just so he can send me a email back and then I had got my keys I can say this is the first time ever I don’t have a problem having roaches meaning other places I had before had roaches my apartment don’t have any that’s such a blessing to me to not have to deal with that I had mice come through a mouse trip is nothing to have I’ll caught two and haven’t seen any since I got to make sure I stay with mouse traps that help a lot anyways my experience living have been good I’m really glade they got a better manager that takes cares of the building and cares it was this one incident where I was getting my bed delivered to me and it was a girl and men arguing and the white girl called him the N word repeatedly and then I was looking at her all crazy and she was like WHAT! Like girl you really just said the N word and it’s a lot of black people that lives here and she called this black girl the N word too when she was just trying to break up the fight I was like wow I hate ignorant people and you know what she was holding the door for me and my bf and she slapped the door on me and she stayed down the hallway from me I’m so glade she don’t live here anymore but other than that my experience here have been great my nieces love to come over I wait for the summer to come so we can go swimming and the park and have a bbq I stay to myself I like the fact everybody minds their own business the new manager is a great fit she’s nice she cares she listen and she’s helpful and very understanding and yeah by the way when I had reported this to the previous manager she didn’t seem like she even cared to respond to my email at the time but yeah I have no problems here I’m close to my jobs and stores which I really like it out here it’s quiet I don’t plan on moving so yeah y’all just going to have to deal with me? a lot has changed my sister use to live in the other building and her place had really bad roaches and a mice problem I hope they got that fixed oh yeah it was another incident when I had only been here for like a few months it was 3 water floods man that was so terrible cleaning all that dirty water the pass manger wasn’t doing her job and new manager is doing her job that was crazy I was so pissed I had to clean up all that nasty water thank god at the time I didn’t have a cough set I would of been livid but other than that no problems with anything besides my tub and that got fixed thank you guys 5 stars let’s gooo!!!”
