“I received a dash cam as a gift and after a bad experiences with Best Buy Geek Squad I found this place and they exceeded my expectations. From the beginning when they responded to emails throughout the entire process I was so pleased with their customer service. I even had a concern about the placement of my rear camera and for no additional charge they switched positions based on what I was wanting. I also experienced the rear dash cam all of a sudden not working and again for no extra charge they took a look at my system and discovered it was the camera itself. “I just left the Forest Lake location when I came in for help with my Samsung Note 10+. Without warning yesterday everything displayed in a light grey scale and my senior citizen eyes could not figure why it did that or how to make it stop. I believe it was Nick that helped me figure out which button accidentally got pressed so if I do it again, I can fix it myself. Without his help, I know my non-techy self would still be trying to figure it out until my head exploded and I'd be forced to by a new phone. Thank you, Nick. You were very patient with me and I appreciated your help and your knowledge!”

If you want the best customer service I would always go after 2 pm because Aaron works at that time. He's very smart, very knowledgeable at what he is selling, and gives the best customer service on getting what you pay for, or helping you return things to get your money back. Great guy!”

“I stopped in today to find out why my google photos weren't syncing to my Chromebook? Also why the voice mail wouldn't let me call it? Lana had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes!! Also added the visual voicemail icon to my screen. Updated some settings so the photos will always sync and not only when it's searched for a wifi signal. I appreciated her extremely swift service and kind attitude. Thanks Lana I much appreciated the fixes and describing the steps you took to make the changes... should I have a future issue!!”
