Today I bought some probiotics, when I left I remembered I had added a coupon to my card... but it didn't come up on the self checkout screen to apply it.. ugh. So I went back later that night, with my receipt and a picture of the coupon that should have come up to apply. Ryan didn't hesitate to reimburse me for the un-applied coupon. He even went above and beyond and instead offered me $5 extraCareBucks for my trouble. I told him thank you and that I appreciated him. It's wonderful to deal w a manager that no hesitation corrects the problem and especially when they go beyond your expectations!!
