“I've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. They greet me by name when I call or walk in and make the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. It's clear they hold themselves to a very high standard and it really shows in the work they do.”
“This place is the bomb! Very, very unassuming. Their food is authentic and delicious and in my opinion even better than Holyland Deli or Emilys Lebanese in NE Mpls and I love both of those places. This is a great place to grab a quik lunch or takeout on the way home from work. You can fill your cars tank there too because this cool little deli is inside Pump N Munch! Only 5 min from Rosedale Mall. Right off 280 on Energy Park Drive.”

“TopTier gasoline - that is not exclusive to Costco, but it really does matter - TopTier used to be offered at a lot of places, but most stations got rid of it to cut costs. Look into it, and I promise you'll only fill up at stations that have it.
Often it looks packed, but the lines move quickly. The hoses are long, so you can pull up on either side.
I always fuel up here. Less expensive than anywhere else, and I get an additional 5% of with my Costco credit card.”

“It's a Costco gas station, but what makes this one stand out is the customer service. I had car trouble during a peak time, which caused my whole lane to be shut down. I ended up being stuck for four hours. During those four hours, Dylan periodically checked on me and made sure I was doing alright.”

“The ATMs were out of order and Toni was the cashier that helped me. She provided AMAZING customer service. She was on the ball helping everyone around her, she had the answers to everyone’s questions. And when I called back to inquire about her name, of course it was Toni who answered the phone immediately.
The store was clean and well stocked. Wonderful as always. My family tries to go to Kwik Trip whenever it is an option. We’ll drive out of our way a bit even.
But Toni’s customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She should be a manager.”

They were able to get me in fast and have me done by 1 in the afternoon. No surprises or needless "upgrades" they gave me a price (which was cheaper then any ither person i had gotten quotes from) before doing any work, and stuck to it. Al was nice and had fantastic customer service. Will definitely be our main mechanics from now on.”
