I recently had to be towed to R&S after my vehicle completely stopped in rush hour traffic. Over the ensuing days, I needed to talk with Rick several times about the demise of my vehicle. He was caring, understanding and went the extra mile, even though we needed to say RIP to my faithful vehicle. I highly reccomend
